Welcome to the website of TriMan 2013 - The Polish Open Championships . The event will be held on Sunday the 21th of July 2013 in Mietków - Wrocław.

We hope to welcome many participants who will start in Long Distance Triathlon ITU or Olympic Distance Triathlon ITU. A Long Distance Triathlon is a race consisting of Swim - 3 km, Bike - 80 km and Run - 20 km. An Olympic Distance Triathlon consists Swim - 1,5 km, Bike - 40 km and Run - 10 km.

TriMan 2013 - The Polish Open Championships kindly invites individual participants for women and men competition.

On 20th of July 2013 amazing landscape around Mietków - Wrocław  will belong to triathletes.

We prepare valuable prizes for winners but everyone who finished

Free training programs for athletes are prepared by the Best of the Best  Jan Frodeno (Olympic gold medalist 2008) and Javier Gomez (ITU World Championship 2010).

After registering as  a user on the website www.movescount.com, you should choose ITU Triathlon World Champ Series group, where  the training programs are.

The registration fees for TriMan 2013 - Long Distance are as follows:

• 40,00 Euro till 15 February 2013
• 55,00 Euro till 15 April 2013
• 70,00 Euro till 17 July  2013
• 80,00 Euro 20 July 2013 (at the Race Office)

The registration fees for TriMan 2013 - Olimpic distance are as follows:  

• 25,00 Euro till15 February 2013
• 40,00 Euro till 15 April 2013
• 55,00 Euro till 17 July 2013
• 70,00 Euro  20 July 2013 (at the Race Office)
